Smiling businesswoman communicating on smart phone at office

Whatever type of business you have, customer service will always be important.

How does it feel when you call a business and they remember who you are?

It feels awesome, right?

It is like when Norm (from the 1980’s sitcom “Cheers”) walks into the bar and

what happens…wait for it……….

Everyone yells, “NORM!”

It feels like home and you are important.

Lorie SalcedoI have been working with Curtis and Kaiser Law Group for almost 12 years.  The best and most vital part of my job is interacting with our clients and our clients’ advisors and making them feel important and genuinely cared for.  I love when a client from several years back calls and give me their name and says, “Do you remember me?”  and I say “Hi! Yes, of course, I remember you!”.   Or when a new client calls looking to set an appointment and I take the time to listen to what they need and make them feel comfortable.  Calling an attorney might be a bit scary or nerve wracking to some and I hope that my approach will make them feel comfortable and at ease.

According to Forbes, the following companies have been ranked to have the best customer service are: Chick-fil-A, Trader Joes, Aldi, Amazon and Lexus.  What do they all have in common?  Their customers felt “well taken care of and valued:”.  How do you make someone feel well taken care of?

I pride myself in doing the following:

  • Greet them warmly and with a smile
  • Give them personal attention
  • Listen to them
  • Good communication
  • Give them respect
  • Fast response time
  • Go the extra mile

I know that providing excellent customer service creates loyal customers for life; customers who are willing to refer us to friends, family, and colleagues. Providing this type of excellent customer service starts with a genuine desire to delight our customers and to make them feel a part of the KLG family.  We do value you and I am happy that I can be a small part of making you feel welcome and special!
